1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing High5Hits, registering an account, using traffic-exchange features, or posting classifieds, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and our Community Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts and access

Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that violate our rules or threaten the service or other users.

3. Classified advertisements

You must have the right to advertise any goods, services, website, images, or other content you submit. Descriptions must be truthful, and offers must comply with applicable laws. Listings may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or suspended. Posting a listing does not mean High5Hits endorses the seller or verifies an offer.

4. Credits and promotional features

Credits may be required to submit classifieds or use certain promotional features. Applicable credit costs, durations, and account balances are shown within the relevant feature. Credits are site-specific units and are not cash or a guarantee of traffic, sales, or responses. Any refunds or adjustments are subject to the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Contact support regarding an incorrect charge or rejected listing.

5. Buyer and seller responsibility

High5Hits provides a venue for advertisements; buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying identity, suitability, pricing, legality, delivery, and payment arrangements. Do not send money or sensitive personal information without independently checking the other party. Report suspicious advertisements.

6. Prohibited activity

Fraud, deceptive claims, unlawful offers, spam, malicious links, automated abuse, and attempts to manipulate credits or traffic are prohibited. Additional examples appear in our Community Rules.

7. Intellectual property

Keep rights to content you own. By submitting content, you give High5Hits permission to display and technically process it as necessary to operate, promote, and moderate the service. You must not post content that infringes others' rights.

8. Service availability and liability

We work to maintain reliable service, but features may change or become temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted access, listing performance, or transactions between users. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
