Classified Advertising Rules

1. Honest and lawful advertising

Every listing must accurately describe a lawful product, service, or website. Use truthful titles, descriptions, prices, contact information, and images. You must have permission to advertise what you post. False claims, impersonation, misleading offers, and deceptive advertising are prohibited.

2. Content we do not allow

• Pornography, explicit adult material, sexual services, exploitation, or any sexual content involving minors.
• Casinos, betting, gambling promotions, and gambling-related offers prohibited by our site policy.
• Illegal drugs, unlawfully sold prescription medicines, dangerous chemicals, or other prohibited substances.
• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, and weapons prohibited by our marketplace policy.
• Stolen or counterfeit goods, pirated content, copyright infringement, and illegal services.
• Phishing, identity theft, fake investment opportunities, guaranteed-income scams, fraudulent giveaways, and misleading financial claims.
• Hate, threats, harassment, violence, human exploitation, and other unlawful or harmful material.
• Malware, harmful downloads, deceptive redirects, and links intended to steal information.

3. Strict security and anti-spam rules

We maintain strict posting and moderation rules to help protect members and visitors. Automated spam, repeated or duplicate advertisements, deceptive links, fake accounts, bot submissions, and attempts to bypass security checks are prohibited. Submissions may be subject to identity or account checks, automated screening, posting limits, and administrator review where these controls are enabled. No security process can guarantee that every unsafe listing will be detected.

4. Listing review and enforcement

We reserve the right to review, reject, suspend, remove, or request changes to any listing that violates these rules or creates a safety concern. Accounts that repeatedly break the rules may lose posting privileges or be suspended. Paying for or using classified credits does not guarantee that a listing will be approved.

5. Images, websites, and contact details

Only upload images you own or are authorized to use. Photos must match the listing and must not contain prohibited material. Website links must lead to relevant, legitimate destinations. Do not collect passwords, security codes, or sensitive financial details through advertisements.

6. Buyer and seller safety

High5Hits provides a place to publish classified advertisements; we do not automatically verify every seller, product, service, or transaction. Verify details independently, avoid suspicious payment requests, and never share account passwords or verification codes. Buyers and sellers are responsible for evaluating offers and complying with applicable laws.

7. Report suspicious advertisements

If you notice a scam, spam, illegal content, or a suspicious listing, use the Report this ad option on the advertisement where available. Provide a truthful reason so administrators can review it. Do not submit false or retaliatory reports. A report does not automatically establish that a violation occurred.

8. Classified credits and fair use

Classified credits are used to submit eligible advertisements under the site's current posting requirements. Do not exploit credit balances, manipulate transactions, create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to other members' accounts. Any charges, refunds, and approval conditions are governed by the site's published terms and applicable policies.

9. Support and updates

For questions, rejected advertisements, or suspected abuse, contact Support and include the ad ID when possible. We may update these rules as marketplace requirements and safety risks change.
