By signing up to High5Hits.Com you are agreeing that you will abide by the terms stated in this agreement. High5Hits.Com reserves the right to modify this agreement without prior notification to its members.

You agree that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract. You agree that the information that you submit to High5Hits.Com is valid. You must have a good understanding of the English language.

You may request payments for Gold Membership only, you Must have Surfed 50 times within a 31 day Period. You must have an ACTIVE website in the rotation. Payments will NOT be made to those who Do Not surf 50 sites every 31 Days and do not keep the accounts active & websites ACTIVE. Payments will be made within 10 days. Members will be paid via PayPal. If you decide to refer other people to HIGH5HITS.Com you will receive 10% of your referral's earnings on level 1.

We have zero tolerance of SPAM as a method of promoting your High5Hits.Com referral links. We define SPAM as the sending of any unsolicited commercialised messages. All members found SPAMMING will have their membership terminated and will not be eligible to join High5Hits.Com in the future.

You may not attempt to cheat our system in any way. If you want to use our promotional banners for your website you must upload them to your server.

All personal information is stored in the High5Hits.Com database and will not be sold or given away to third parties. You give High5Hits.Com permission to send you emails regarding our program.

Points from your referrals can only be used as advertising your website, or on redemption for Banner ads. High5Hits is a Traffic Exchange site Not a make money quick site we only offer advertising on cash redemption for those whom convert points to cash from referrals.
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join High5Hits.Com. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
